How do you source your vintage clothing?
We source our inventory globally from trusted textile recycling centers and private collections to ensure a diverse range of authentic 80s, 90s, and early 2000s fashion.
What is the typical condition of the items?
As these are pre-loved items, we grade them into 'Grade A' and 'Grade B' categories. Grade A items are in excellent vintage condition with no major flaws, while Grade B may show minor signs of wear or small marks.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, to maintain wholesale pricing, we require a minimum order value of $250 or a specific weight requirement depending on the product category selected.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Domestic shipping takes an additional 2-4 days, while international transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
Can I return a wholesale bale if I'm not satisfied?
Due to the nature of wholesale vintage sorting, all sales are final. However, if there is a significant discrepancy in the grading or weight of your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Are the items laundered before shipping?
While we ensure all items are clean and free of heavy odors, we recommend that all vintage garments are professionally laundered or steamed before they are placed on your retail floor.
