At The Vintage Wholesale Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your unique finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unwashed condition. Please note that as we deal in vintage and pre-loved garments, natural wear and tear is expected and adds to the character of each piece.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the invoice is included to help us identify your order quickly.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
